Is a virtual appointment right for you?

Virtual consultations can be useful for selected discussions or follow-up, but a physical examination may still be required.

Booking & payment

Choose an available time, check the time zone shown, enter your details and complete payment in Calendly. The £150 fee covers the 30-minute consultation. If you intend to claim through insurance, check with the team and your insurer before paying.

Joining your consultation

After completing your booking and payment, check your confirmation email for your appointment and Zoom joining details. Check your junk folder and contact the practice if these do not arrive. Choose a quiet, private space, check your connection, camera and microphone, and have your medication list and relevant records available.

Changing your appointment

Use the cancellation or rescheduling link in your booking email where available, or contact the practice. Please check the applicable notice period, charges and refund terms with the team before booking.
